When converting prices into another currency, there may be slight price differences of between 2 and 5% due to fluctuating exchange rates. If an item is charged to a credit card, you may be charged fees as determined by your bank. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred by the recipient.

Once you placed your order the agreement becomes binding. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.

DISCOUNT CODE
You can enter the discount code during the checkout process. The discount code can be applied to all products available on petit-stellou.com, excluding sale items, bundle offers, gits-cards and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you have any urgent changes please contact please contact us immediately at info@petit-stellou.com. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not able to change or cancel an order once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

RETURNS
We hope that you will be satisfied with your Petit Stellou order. If for some reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.

Your return must be in the same condition in which you received the item; it must be unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the goods. Keep the sending confirmation with the tracking number until your parcel has arrived and has been processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the return has been processed.

If the above-mentioned return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse your return or to refrain from refunding it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards and care products cannot be returned or refunded.

REFUNDS
Any refunds will be credited back to the payment method account you used for payment, including gift card, after the returned goods have been checked. You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. We do not refund shipping costs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or color, the quickest way is to return your original order and place a new one in our store. For the return process, please follow the instructions above.
If you have chosen the wrong size for the EVA Robe, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Gift cards will be sent to your email address, to either forward to the lucky person, or print out and gift in person. Valid exclusively on petit-stellou.com on all available products. credit code can be entered during the checkout process. The amount of the voucher gift card can be used in part or in full and also in combination with other payment methods. Cash payment and returns are excluded. A voucher gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at  info@petit-stellou.coms defective or damaged, if you have received a wrong item or if an item is missing.
