Orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following working day and will be shipped within two working days. Orders received on weekends or puplic holidays will begin processing the next working day.
During trade shows and holidays, the preparation of the order might take a bit longer, in this case you will find a notification on our website.
The usual delivery time within Switzerland is 1-2 working days. For orders from abroad, the delivery time can be extended by up to 10 working days.

We kindly remind our European neighbours that Switzerland is not an EU member state and therefore the following rules and regulations apply:
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES (OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND)
Deliveries to the EU:
All orders are dispatched from Switzerland. Orders shipped within the EU are processed under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) framework.
The IOSS is a mechanism that allows online stores to sell goods to customers in the EU. By utilizing this system, the online store declares the goods, automatically collects the Value Added Tax (VAT) during the purchase, and subsequently remits it to the relevant tax authorities. This simplifies the process for customers, who are charged at the time of purchase and encounter no unexpected fees upon delivery of their goods.
For orders with a value up to €150 (excluding VAT), IOSS VAT processing is applicable. This means that the VAT is included in the purchase price, and customers will not face additional VAT charges upon delivery. Orders exceeding this value will undergo processing excluding VAT, and the VAT will be payable upon delivery.
Deliveries to the UK:
Deliveries to the UK also undergo automatic VAT processing. The autoprocessing threshold for VAT in the UK is set at £135.
Deliveries all other countries:
For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland, including those not within the EU or UK, please be aware that additional fees and import duties might be applicable. These charges are collected at the border and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amounts, as customs regulations and duties vary between countries.
It's important to note that customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer, and Petit Stellou will not reimburse any fees applied. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to the application of these charges. For precise information on the potential duties and taxes that may be levied prior to the delivery of your parcel, kindly contact your local customs office. They can provide further details regarding taxes and duties.
We have prepared and dispatched your order with outmost care and attention in order to meet your taste and satisfaction. If for whatever reason, you do not wish to retain the product(s), you have the right to return the product(s) to Petit Stellou within 10 days from the date of delivery.
How to proceed:
Send us an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- order number
- Product name(s)
- return reason
We will then get back to you with corresponding return form, depending on your place of residence. Please be aware that the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely at your expenses. Customs duties, import sales taxes and handling charges will not be refunded if the goods are returned.
All products must be returned in original packaging and with the original hangtags. Petit Stellou will not accept any product(s) that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Product(s) that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expenses.
Excluded from the above right to return goods are:
Gift Cards, skincare products, Baby Moses Basket, products especially custom ordered or manufactured.
Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. The returned product(s) will be refunded to the same card or account that they were paid from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Petit Stellou recommends sending your return with traceable post, so please keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer. Lost packages will not be refunded.
