GENERAL
The seller and your contracting partner is Petit Stellou, represented by Lillyroom GmbH, Sägestrasse 1B, CH-8157 Dielsdorf, CHE-114.058.302. (hereinafter “Petit Stellou” or “we”)
Orders placed by you via the website www.petit-stellou.com (petit-stellou.net), are governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Business set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed.
All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with a purchase contract shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The jurisdiction is Dielsdorf. The CISG does not apply.
ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
You place an online order in the shop. The order is binding when you have agreed to the terms and conditions and have pressed the BUY button. This creates a legally valid purchase contract. After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
After confirming your order, we will send you the ordered products, (all of them) nicely packed, to the delivery address indicated by you.
Orders received from Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day and shipped within two business days. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. During trade fairs and school holidays, it may take a little longer to prepare the order, in which case a pop-up will be displayed in the shop.
The usual delivery time within Switzerland is 1-2 working days (PostPac Priority). For orders from abroad, the delivery time can be extended by up to 10 working days.

If an ordered product is inadvertently not available, we will inform you immediately, we will offer you an alternative or refund you the amount due.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
PRICES
Orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Our prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and as indicated inclusive Swiss VAT rate of 7.7%.
Orders Europe/Worldwide:
Our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), excluding VAT and customs duties. Please note that all costs incurred for import to your country (VAT, customs duties and handling fees) are at your expense.
We kindly remind our European neighbours that Switzerland is not an EU member state and therefore taxes and customs duties will be charged.
The prices in the online shop can be converted for your reference to various currencies at the current exchange rate using the currency button, but will be invoiced in Swiss Francs (CHF).
PAYMENT
Online payment with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal or gift cards
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are vouchers, which can be bought in our shop. You can pay your order with a gift card from Petit Stellou. Select "Gift Card" as payment method, then you will be asked to enter the code. The amount of the gift card voucher can be used partially or completely and also in combination with other payment methods. A cash payment is excluded. A gift card is valid for 24 months from date of purchase.
RETURN
If for any reason you do not wish to keep the product, you can return the product to Petit Stellou within 14 days of the delivery date. Detailed information about the return conditions can be found here.
RECLAMATIONS
Two years of warranty on all Petit Stellou Products.
We have prepared and shipped your order with the utmost care and attention. However, if something is wrong with your order or the product, please contact us within 14 days:
Please include as many details as possible in your email, including your order number as well as some pictures in case there is something wrong with one of the products. We will do our very best to solve the issue quickly. Please note that hat we can only accept complaints that are not due to normal wear and tear, mistreatment of the product, or other behavior that causes damage.
