Our prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), including 8.1 % VAT.
– Prices are shown in euros (€), including the VAT of the destination country.
– The exact tax rate is calculated automatically at checkout according to OSS rules.
– Orders are shipped from our German warehouse.

The payment method “Business Account | Invoice” is exclusively available to registered business customers after individual approval.

- Free shipping on orders over CHF 100.–
- CHF 6.90 shipping fee for orders under CHF 100.–
- All orders are shipped climate-neutral with Swiss Post
Germany & Austria
- Free shipping on orders over € 100.–
- € 6.90 shipping fee for orders under € 100.–
All other EU countries
- Flat-rate shipping fee: € 19.90
At the moment, we ship only within Switzerland & Liechtenstein and the EU.
However, you are always welcome to send us an inquiry via email at info@petit-stellou.com, and we will gladly check on an individual basis whether shipping to your country is possible as an exception.

Everything about your order
Once your order has been placed, the contract becomes binding. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email including payment and all order details.

Please note:
- Discount codes apply to selected products depending on the promotion.
- Gift card vouchers are always excluded from discounts.
- Sale items and bundle offers may be excluded depending on the promotion.
- Discount codes cannot be combined (1 code per order).
- Discount codes are valid only on petit-stellou.com.
If you have any urgent changes please contact please contact us immediately at info@petit-stellou.com. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not able to change or cancel an order once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
Gift cards are sent to your email address and can be forwarded or printed as a personal gift.

Returns, Refunds & Product Issues
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
The return form is not included in your parcel.

2. Pack the items unused, unworn, with tags & original packaging, carefully
3. Include the return form
4. Affix sufficient postage to the parcel

Wholesale orders for business customers (B2B) are binding and excluded from returns and exchanges.
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Consumers residing in a member state of the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of EU consumer law.
For business customers (Wholesale / B2B), no right of withdrawal applies.
The detailed conditions, exceptions and the model withdrawal form are described in the separate section “Right of Withdrawal” on our website.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, your refund will be processed automatically.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (including gift cards)
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
Additional note for bundles & promotions:
If only part of a bundle is returned or if a return is made from an order placed under a promotion (e.g. NOOSHI® 4-for-3 offer), the original promotional benefit is no longer valid.
In this case, the refund will be calculated based on the regular individual price of the items kept. Any promotional discount will be recalculated accordingly.
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
If you would like an item in a different colour, size, or variation, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order in our shop.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective or damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us right away at info@petit-stellou.com.
This also applies if there is any issue with shipping or delivery.
We will take care of the matter as quickly as possible.
